Three steps to your first assignment.
Pick a plan
Join with the $4.99 Week pass or a monthly plan. You make your Silent Student account on the same page.
Open the web app and name the assignment
Go to app.silentstudent.com and sign in with your Silent Student email and password. Tell it which assignment to do, for example “Chapter 5 homework on WebAssign”.
Sign in to your school once, then watch
A live browser opens next to the chat. When it reaches your school’s login page, tap Take control, sign in yourself, then tap Give back to agent. Your login is saved, so you only do this once. Watch it work, and take control again any time.

How the cloud app keeps your login safe.
The web app is a beta. Here is what happens to what you sign in with.
Your school login is encrypted
When you sign in to a site in the cloud browser, its login and cookies are stored encrypted on our servers, so you stay signed in next time. On the desktop app, saved logins never leave your computer.
Your browser is yours alone
Each account gets its own cloud browser, kept apart from everyone else’s. Our staff never look at your saved logins, except to fix a problem you report to us.
You can erase it
Ask us to erase your cloud browser and everything saved in it at any time. Email support@silentstudent.com.
Your work shows as yours
It signs in as you, so anything it submits shows in your account like work you did yourself. Assignment content goes to AI model providers, the same as on the desktop app (privacy policy). Check your school’s rules before you use it.

Questions about the web app.
No. The web app runs in your browser at app.silentstudent.com. The agent’s browser runs on our servers, and you watch it live next to the chat.
Chromebook, iPad or phone: use the web app at app.silentstudent.com. Mac or Windows: use the desktop app or the web app. It needs an up-to-date browser such as Chrome, Safari or Edge. School-managed devices may block it.
On the desktop app, your school login stays on your computer. In the cloud app, it is stored encrypted on our servers so the agent can sign in for you. You can ask us to erase it any time.
Any Silent Student plan works, including the $4.99 Week pass (one week, 500 credits, never renews). Monthly plans start at $11.99 and you can cancel any time. The web app includes up to 30 hours of browser time a month.
For now the web app signs in with an email and password. If you made your account with Google, set a password first at silentstudent.com/reset with the same email, then sign in.
