For a platform-specific problem, name Canvas or D2L Brightspace and any external courseware involved, then describe the last successful step. That context helps separate account questions from assignment-workflow bugs.

Bug reports

For bugs, in-app feedback is the fastest path because it can provide the context needed to investigate the issue. Error reports and “stuck” diagnostic bundles are sent only with your explicit consent for that feature. A diagnostic bundle may include screenshots of the automated browser, so review the consent prompt before sending it.
