Canvas is home base. When an assignment sends you out to WebAssign, MyLab, Connect, ALEKS, Top Hat or anything else, Silent Student follows the same link and works it there. Anything not listed here goes to our own Vision agent, which works any tool by looking at the screen.

Reached the way you reach it.

Silent Student signs into your Canvas LMS (or D2L Brightspace, Moodle or Blackboard Learn Ultra) inside its own browser and works assignments in due-date order. Canvas-native work — quizzes, essays, discussion posts, file uploads — is handled directly. External courseware is reached the way you reach it: by following the link out of your Canvas course.

The Vision agent

The Vision agent reads a screenshot and the page’s own controls, answers the question in front of it, reads the page back to check the answer took, and moves on. It is not tied to a list of websites, which is why it keeps working when a publisher redesigns a page.

Every tool shown starts as a Canvas link. Anything else is worked by the Vision agent.

Canvas LMS

Signs into your Canvas and works the four native assignment types (quizzes, essays, discussion posts and file uploads) in due-date order. It is also the doorway to every tool your courses link to: each one is opened from its Canvas link.

Apex Learning

Reads your Apex unit map and walks it activity by activity — studies, practices, quizzes and tests — auto-selecting the next open activity after every submit, up to fifty in one continuous run.

Cengage

Follows your Canvas module link out through the Cengage LTI launch, reads the question scoring table, and works the unanswered parts — typing into the MathQuill equation editor and ChemPad formula fields rather than a plain text box.

McGraw Hill

Holds one long-running SmartBook session and walks the adaptive path — reads each probe, answers it, submits at high confidence, does the remediation reading after a miss, and stops when the concept counter reads N of N.

My Business Course

Opens myBusinessCourse from its Canvas link, fills the account dropdowns and the debit and credit columns row by row, clicks Check on as-you-go homework, and runs the three-step Moodle finish flow so the attempt lands as complete.

WebAssign

Reads the scoring table, jumps to the parts still worth points, and answers each sub-question in the input it actually uses — MathQuill equation editor, ChemPad, numeric fields, dropdowns, ordering columns — submitting on that part's own button and reading the result before moving on.

Packback

Launches Packback through Canvas, reads the discussion requirements, writes the question and the replies to real classmate posts, and runs every word through a voice pass before submitting.

Pearson MyLab & Mastering

Follows the MyLab or Mastering link out of Canvas and works each question in Pearson's own answer player, part by part, reading every answer back before submitting.

McGraw Hill Connect

Follows the Connect link out of Canvas, answers each question in Connect's assignment player, fills accounting worksheet grids cell by cell, and presses Submit rather than leaving answers saved.

ALEKS

Follows the ALEKS link out of Canvas and works learning-mode topics in the ALEKS answer editor, reading each entry back, until ALEKS marks the topic learned.

Macmillan Achieve

Follows the Achieve link out of Canvas and works each question in Achieve's player, including sorting and matching, reading each answer back before moving on.

Top Hat

Follows the Top Hat link out of Canvas and answers assigned homework and textbook questions, reading each answer back.

zyBooks

Follows the zyBooks link out of Canvas, plays participation animations through, answers question sets and challenge levels, and reads zyBooks' completion marks back.

IXL

Follows IXL skill links out of Canvas and answers question by question, reading IXL's feedback after each one.

Khan Academy

Follows Khan Academy assignment links out of Canvas, answers exercise questions and plays assigned videos in real time.

Savvas Realize

Follows Savvas Realize links out of Canvas and works the assigned questions in whichever program the assignment belongs to.

Edpuzzle

Follows Edpuzzle links out of Canvas, plays the video in real time and answers each question as it appears.
