Multiple choice, multiple select, numeric entry with units, and dropdown blanks are matched by their text rather than position, so a shuffled list does not matter.
Drag-to-bin and matching questions are handled by moving each listed item onto its target and confirming it landed there, rather than by guessing pixel positions.
Achieve assignments usually sit in Canvas as linked assignments with grades syncing back. The agent opens exactly the one you queued.
Typing an answer is not the same as the platform accepting it. After each entry the agent re-reads the live page, so an answer that did not take is caught and retried instead of counted.
A run that turned the work in and saw the platform's confirmation says so. A run that saved some answers and then got stuck is reported as partial, with the remaining part named, never as done.

The app follows the assignment's link out of Canvas, the same launch you would click, and lands on the Achieve assignment. It does not ask for or type your Achieve password.
The vision agent reads each question from a screenshot and the page's own controls, enters an answer, and reads the page back to check the answer actually registered before it moves on.
It presses the platform's own submit control, looks for the platform's own receipt, and marks the run confirmed only when it sees one. If it had to stop early, the log says which part is still yours.

Macmillan Achieve runs on the general vision agent, not a solver written for its interface. It works most question types, but it is less predictable than our dedicated platforms, and the run log is the place to check what it did.
Chemistry structure drawing and economics graph shifting are the hardest question types for a screen-reading agent. Plan to look those over yourself.
Achieve often deducts a little credit for each incorrect attempt or for viewing a hint. The agent works within those rules and cannot undo an attempt.
If a Achieve test is gated by Respondus LockDown Browser, Proctorio or Honorlock, it is not attempted. That is deliberate and permanent.
Yes, for the question types those courses share: choice, numeric, dropdown, sorting and matching. Drawing a molecule or dragging a curve is the weakest type in both, so check those.
Sapling-style questions inside Achieve are worked the same way. Older standalone Sapling courses open from Canvas as well and run on the same general agent.
Achieve records your attempts, time and hint use for your instructor. Silent Student does not hide or fake any of that. It works in a normal browser on your computer, signed in as you, and whether you may use it is set by your course policy.
It reads Achieve's feedback after each attempt and tries again where attempts remain. When they run out it moves on, and the run log names the question.
