On an Android phone
The chat fills the screen. The live browser sits in a sheet at the bottom. Open the sheet all the way to watch closely or to take control.
On an Android tablet
On a large tablet held sideways, the chat and the browser sit side by side. On a narrower screen, the browser is a corner tile you tap to open full screen.
Add it to your Home screen.
Then it opens from an icon, next to your other apps.

When a step needs you.
Most of the time you just watch. These are the moments you step in from your phone.
Logins and codes
At a login page, a two-step code or a check, the agent asks for you with a Take control button. Sign in, then tap Give back to agent.
Your keyboard
While you have control, tap Keyboard under the browser. Your phone’s keyboard opens and what you type goes to the page.
Files from your phone
If a site asks for a file, a line under the browser says “This site wants a file”. Tap Choose from your device, or Not now.
