ALEKS answers go into its own editor, with buttons for fractions, exponents, square roots and intervals. The agent enters the answer there and reads the rendered expression back before it presses Check.
A wrong answer in ALEKS brings up an explanation and resets that topic's streak. The agent reads the explanation, continues, and answers the next version of the problem.
Most courses link ALEKS from a Canvas module or assignment. The agent uses that link, so there is no separate ALEKS login step for it to manage.
Typing an answer is not the same as the platform accepting it. After each entry the agent re-reads the live page, so an answer that did not take is caught and retried instead of counted.
A run that turned the work in and saw the platform's confirmation says so. A run that saved some answers and then got stuck is reported as partial, with the remaining part named, never as done.
