Some schools link Edgenuity (now part of Imagine Learning) into Canvas. The agent follows that link; it does not sign in to Edgenuity separately for you.
Typing an answer is not the same as the platform accepting it. After each entry the agent re-reads the live page, so an answer that did not take is caught and retried instead of counted.
A run that turned the work in and saw the platform's confirmation says so. A run that saved some answers and then got stuck is reported as partial, with the remaining part named, never as done.
